Chick-fil-A Bowl
(Events - Best of the City)
1 Georgia Dome Dr NW, Atlanta  30313 • 800-591-9198

Description: The Chick-fil-A Bowl game and parade is a centerpiece for collegiate football fans in Atlanta, even if a hometown team isn’t in it. For some fans, the game ushers in a last hurrah for the college football season. For businesses, the game represents a perfect chance to woo visitors back for return visits to the Peach City. The events "kick off" on the 30th with the bowl parade, which starts at Peachtree Street and Ralph McGill Boulevard and ends at the Georgia World Congress Center. The 2007 game saw Auburn top Clemson in overtime and in 2008 LSU reigned over Georgia Tech.
