I am a native of Roanoke and discovered Bily's Ritz when I was in high school. I absolutely love this place! The food is wonderful; the waiters are knowledgeable and very helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for a gathering of friends or a romantic dinner for two. Whenever I have out-of-town guests, I automatically take them to Billy's first.
