Jimmy Carter in this instance is a local restaurateur who wanted to provide a casual neighborhood eatery inexpensive but tasty food and friendly service. He succeeds on both counts. At first glance, the menu is a bit odd, including a hodge podge of international dishes. The standouts, though, are Mexican in origin. And though all the food is good, breakfast is awesome. Luckily, the stellar chilaquiles, huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos are available all day. |
