Double "D" Ribhouse
(Restaurants - Lunch)
7093 Pocahontas Tr, Williamsburg  23185 • 757-229-3166

Description: The home of "authentic charbroil cooking" is located in a converted 7-11 on Route 60. But this is the best thing ever served at a former or current 7-11! Their pork barbecue sandwich comes with a heaping helping of coleslaw, French fries and a bunch of napkins – you are going to need them. There are hearty appetizers, baby back ribs and pork ribs too. If you have room, try the root beer float for dessert. Take-out and catering are available. Not fancy, but good eating!

I have visited Double D Ribhouse many times over the last 6 years and have enjoyed my experience with the food and friendly staff. I am a rib eater and I have tried several other places in the area for ribs and I can say with authority there is no other place that comes close to matching Double D Ribhouse's ribs. The sauces are delicious, the ribs fall off the bone and the sides are plentiful. If your not a rib eater like my kids, there is other things like steak, seafood, sandwiches, chicken and a kids meal. A great place for ribs and a great place for the family.

This is a little place to eat BUT out of all the places my husband and I ate this was the best. The food was the best and for the money it is worth it. $9.95 for a complete chicken dinner (salad,chicken,2 vegs) and 18.95 for a ribs dinner. We wished we found it sooner. We would go back again.
