WEST VALLEY CITY. A popular after-work hangout, this private club features classic Western fare and rustic, lodge-like atmosphere. A cafe serves delicious breakfasts each day, and the restaurant features grilled chicken, steak, and fish options (each one is accompanied by a large baked potato and side salad). The club becomes quite an Old West disco, as 30- and 40-something patrons dance to Top 40 and disco tunes. Indeed, this isn't your father's private club.
