Description: COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS. The specialty at this contemporary Asian eatery is sushi, and rumor has it that the chefs make some of the area's best rolls. Even so, Mikado serves a lot more than just sushi, and dinner entrees range from pan-seared ahi tuna to mountain trout with shiitake mushrooms in oyster sauce to the Emperor's own tiger prawns with vegetable tempura. Large parties may request the private dining room, which features rice paper walls and Japanese artwork.
