Description: KISSIMMEE. Warbird Adventures, located in nearby Kissimmee, offers thrill-seekers a unique opportunity: the chance to fly in a vintage North American T-6, the basic craft used in the training of American pilots during WW II. Flights vary from traditional sightseeing trips to acrobatic adventures that'll make you regret having Mexican for lunch. No flight experience is necessary. Reservations are suggested.

My first trip to this facility, and first time at controls of an airplane. Could have been given a better briefing of what to expect in the air and when to take control and what to do. Pilot seemed a bit rushed to get flight going and over with. Did have slight problem with air sickness, but still had a very good time. Just unsure of what to do and when to do it. Was able to fly aircraft somewhat, but just enough to keep it level or slight banking turns. For the money more of an effort could have been made to give more of an actual feel of control. But I would and hopefully will be able to return for a more memorable flight.
