He is responsible for the photograph of the bird girl on the cover of the book "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil." He is a nationally known artist, and a visit to his gallery to see his other work is a must. His themes are Southern, including South Carolina oystermen, Georgia shrimp fishermen, and ships that travel through the port of Savannah.
