East Beach, officially known as R.A. Apffel East Beach Park, is the largest beach in Texas. Not wanting to refute the assertion that "Texans do it bigger," the beach offers a large selection of activities. Events like bikini contests and concerts are regular attractions, and beachgoers can also enjoy volleyball, shopping, and a beachfront bar to while away hours in the sun. |
