Open year-round, the "Sugar Shack" offers something for everyone, whether it's folk music and dancing or the all-you can-eat menu that features traditional Québecois delights. Upon arriving, guests are greeted by the terrific, traditionally attired staff, then invited to tour the grounds and learn about the old-fashioned maple syrup-making process. The result was a warm, inviting dining area whose rustic influences are unmistakable. This popular après-ski spot offers three meals daily. Start your day off right by enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet, stop by later for a quick burger, sandwich or pizza, and then head over again in the evening for a few drinks and a perusal of their irresistible à la carte dinner menu.
