Description:
You can't miss this local spot when driving down Main Street. The building sports a cylindrical clock tower and a large sign that reads "Home of the Train." If the reference eludes you, it won't once you step inside. A detailed model train runs at ceiling height around the perimeter of the place, set against murals of the Utah mountains. The menu offers fast food fare, although it's done with more flavor and finesse. Along with burgers, salads, and sandwiches, you'll find some of the best milkshakes you've ever tasted. Thick and creamy, they're a major draw for tourists and residents, and with 45 flavors available, you could sample a different one for weeks! Great for kids. |

Description:
MIDWAY. The chalet styling of this restaurant could almost convince you that you're in the Alps. Wood-and-stucco walls, Tyrolean murals, lace curtains, and dried flowers contribute to the theme, and authentic music plays in the background. The menu, however, is largely American, prepared to order and affordable. Desserts are also fantastic, and patrons often come for them alone. Among the temptations are brownies, cobblers, carrot cake, cheesecake, key lime pie, and chocolate confections. Accompany them with coffee or hot tea, and your day is already a bit sweeter. In the relaxed atmosphere, kids are always welcome and will find pleasure in the array of milkshakes and smoothies. |

Paneled walls, fireplaces, wing chairs, a baby grand, and lots of rose-toned floral patterns set the scene for elegant, unpretentious dining. Description:
Acclaimed chef Barbara Hill owns and cooks at this incredible restaurant. Her cuisine, full-bodied and exactingly prepared, is created around fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which she grows herself. Her own tastes influence the menu, which includes cornmeal-crusted red trout, "Belle Isle" baby back ribs, and ten-spice salmon with Japanese noodle stir-fry. You'll also find light pastas, rich risottos, and a luscious collection of side dishes, including caramel carrots and macaroni and cheese. But if you think the meal's over with these, think again. Barb's black bottom banana cream pie is a prizewinner and a local favorite – don't miss it. And don't be surprised if she comes out to meet guests as well. It's all part of her hands-on approach to good food. |
