The Living Traditions festival is entering its 24th year of celebrating the diverse ethnic heritage of the Salt Lake City area. Each year, the event attracts tens of thousands of visitors who come to enjoy attractions such as music, dance, food, and craft demonstrations and sales. Approximately 600 area artists gather to share their works and heritage, and more than 20 food booths sell a wide variety of reasonably priced ethnic dishes. |

Friday Night Flicks is a summer movie series featuring free movies for seven straight Friday nights, beginning in June. Films are shown at a different city park each week on a large, inflatable screen, and free popcorn is served each night.
Venues include the Utah State Fairgrounds, Reservoir Park, Fairmont Park, Jordan Park, Liberty Park, Rotary Glen Park and Lindsey Gardens. |
