DENTON. Founded in 1901, TWU is a 270-acre institution whose tree-studded landscape offers postcard-perfect scenes of what life on a college campus is supposed to look like. Among its noteworthy sites are the historic Little Chapel in the Woods, the Botanical Gardens, and stately Blagg-Huey Library. Guided campus tours may be arranged through the visitors center. |
