For an entrée, black-eyed pea cakes with salsa or veggie kabobs are perfect for a lighter appetite, while chowhounds might prefer the blackberry pork tenderloin or grouper with chipotle sauce. Since that time, its winning combination of food, friends and fun has allowed it to expand to locations throughout Iowa and Kansas.
