The enterprise, like many Austin coffeehouses, occupies a former home – in this case, a 1960s split level. However, Flipnotics is not the norm. On one floor is a funky clothing store, and on another is the actual coffeehouse. Along with good java, the menu promises sandwiches, muffins, quesadillas, and veggie burgers, along with wine and beer. Most nights of the week, a local band plays too. |
